About the Instructor:
Julie played collegiate golf at the University of Hartford (CT) and graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering in 1999.  She competed on the LPGA Development Tour, the Futures Golf Tour, from 2000 - 2006.  In 2007, she committed to a career in Golf Instruction.  As a member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA) and Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), she brings her playing background to golf instruction at the highest level.  Her instruction focuses on full swing improvements, short game perfection, and transitioning from practice to playing on the golf course. 

Currently the Teaching Professional at Sunningdale Country Club in Scarsdale, NY, she is still active in competitive golf within the Metropolitan Section of the PGA as well as the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Division.  She earned 2009 Metropolitan PGA Women’s Player of the Year honors and was the 2010 Winner of the PGA Women’s Stroke Championship held in Port St. Lucie, Florida.  She also won the 2011 LPGA T&CP Northeast Section Championship at The Golf Club at Equinox in Manchester, VT qualifiying her for the 2012 Wegman's LPGA Tour Championship in Rochester, New York in June.
